purchases made for either himself or herself or for another person for whom he or she is authorized to act. Use
of this site also means that the user agrees to the Terms of Service of purchase imposed by the supplier of travel
services. The user also agrees to the payment of all amounts when due, including additional taxes and fees that
may not be included in the quoted fare, and compliance with all rules regarding the availability of fares, products
or services to include penalty fees arising from the failure of the purchaser to comply with said rules. User shall
also agree to pay all duties, taxes, and related charges arising out of its use of this Site and of the services
provided herein. User also agrees to allow HH to charge the credit card upon processing the reservation for services
rendered.
You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site for
any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservations, or any
reservation in anticipation of demand.
Privacy and Use of Personal Information
You are in complete control of the information you provide to the Site and/or its various third party
providers and distributors for your travel planning needs. This Site and/or its various third party providers
and distributors respects and will continue to respect the privacy of members who use this Site.
When you reserve or purchase travel services through the Site, information about you is provided to the
airline, car rental agency, hotel or other involved third party to ensure the successful fulfillment of your travel
arrangements.
Please be aware that the Site contains links to other web sites that may collect personally identifiable
information about you. When you click on one of these links, you are entering another web site for which HH has no
responsibility. Furthermore, our Privacy Policy does not cover the information practices or policies of such web
sites. We urge you to read the privacy policies of all such sites, as their policies may be materially different
from this Privacy Policy.
Information Disclosure
In addition to the circumstances described
above, we may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, as requested by other government or
law enforcement authority, or in the good faith belief that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable including,
without limitation, to protect our rights or properties when we have reason to believe that disclosing the information
is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing interference with our

Information Safeguards

Advertising Disclosure
Property descriptions posted on our pages are the representations of our suppliers. HH is not
responsible for typographical, pricing, product information, or pricing errors. Advertised prices and available
quantities are subject to change without notice.
System Availability
We make every effort to maintain 100% system availability. Should we experience technical difficulties,
HH is not responsible for reservations that are not processed or accepted and is not responsible for any damages
that may arise as a result during such technical difficulties.
TRAVEL RESERVATIONS
Name on Reservations
All reservations must be made in the exact name of the person traveling - no nicknames. For international
travel the name on the reservation must be exactly as it appears on the traveler's passport.
Ticket Requests
All requests submitted, even if availability displays are provided, are requests only. Any requests that
cannot be confirmed will receive notification by email.
Hotel Reservations
Two distinct types of hotel reservations can be made using this system. Special Internet Properties
offer discounted, negotiated rates. The Terms of Service for reservations of Special Internet Properties are
different than for other hotel reservations made through the use of this site. Please review the terms that are
appropriate for the reservation type to be booked.
Special Internet Property Reservation Requests
Special Internet Rates save you money. Because of the large number of lodging reservations we process,
special rates are negotiated with the properties directly. These rates are lower in most cases than the normal
rates you could receive by contacting the property. To secure your reservation, up-front payment with your credit
card is required. This ensures you have a room when you arrive so you are not overbooked.
Rates may be based on the number of persons occupying a room. Additional persons in the room may cause
the hotel to change the rate confirmed.
Taxes are included in the rate requested for these properties. Taxes are displayed on the Hotel
Reservation page and are added to the total.
Currency Conversions are based on approximate exchange rates at the time of booking and should be used
as an approximate guide only.
Hotel Requests for specific features such as bedding type or non-smoking rooms are simply that, and
while most hotels will strive to honor your requests, neither HH nor the hotel guarantee that your request will
be honored.
Hotels change pet acceptance policies often and without notice. It is very important that you confirm
directly with the property that they do, indeed, accept pets. We accept NO RESPONSIBILITY for an individual
property's pet policy.
You will be paying for the basic room rate and applicable taxes at the time of confirmation. A credit
card charge will appear on your next statement from Hotels.com. Additionally, a convenience fee will be
assessed upon the processing of the reservation. This fee is non-refundable, and may be changed at any time.
Please make sure to read the Handling Methods portion of the booking form to calculate the convenience fee
associated with your reservation. A credit card charge will appear on your next statement from E-Business Holdings, LLC.
Any incidental charges such as meals, phone calls, roll away bed and crib when available, must be paid
directly to the hotel at the time of check-out. You may be required to present a credit card at check-in to
guarantee payment of these incidental charges.
Reservations of "Special Internet Rates" will apply a $20.00 cancellation fee regardless of the timeframe
of cancellation. This fee is imposed by Hotels.com, and neither this Site, HH, nor any of its affiliates govern
the collection of this fee. This fee is subject to change without notice. Please read the Check-In and Cancellation
Policies portion of the Booking Form for a detailed cancellation policy. If the cancellation is outside of the
time allotted, you may be charged for one night's stay.
Other Hotel Reservations
Other hotel property reservations are accepted without pre-payment. Your credit card account number
is passed to the hotel property to guarantee your reservation for late arrival. You must cancel your reservation
within the guidelines of the hotel property to avoid no-show fees. The only fee you incur at the time of
reservation is the Convenience fee. A credit card charge will appear on your next statement from Hotel Hotline, LLC.
Rates displayed are base rates per room per night. Hotel taxes are NOT included in the rate requested.
Additional persons in the room may cause the hotel to change the rate confirmed.

Individual hotels, properties and/or suppliers may assess certain charges to your credit card for
cancelled reservations. If this Site has not provided the hotel's specific cancellation policy, please check
directly with the property to understand their cancellation policy.
Some rates have special requirements such as AAA membership or Senior Citizen proof of age at check-in.
Verify that you qualify for the rate that you have booked. Hotel properties are not obligated to honor this rate
if you do not qualify.
Car Rentals
Car rental requests are processed without pre-payment. Rates are displayed on a daily or weekly basis,
depending on your dates of travel. The Estimated Total includes the total of all known rates, taxes, fees,
surcharges and applicable drop off charges that you must pay either by law or by local policy for the length of a
particular car rental request. This price does not include optional services such as insurance waivers, special
equipment, mileage charges, gasoline, etc. It also does not include extra day or hour charges that can result
from a late return of the rental car. This price is provided so you can better estimate the total price you may
pay to the rental car company for your car, but is not a guarantee of your total charges. Rates are subject to
availability, and may change from the time you place your request until you actually pick up the car. The only
fee assessed at the time the request is made is the Convenience fee. This fee is assessed in order to process
your transaction. This fee is non-refundable, and may be changed at any time. Please make sure to read the
Handling Methods portion of the Booking Form to calculate the convenience fee associated with your request. A
credit card charge will appear on your next statement from Hotel Hotline, LLC. The total price of the rental period
shall be billed upon the return of the vehicle.
Car images represent an average of vehicle specifications. This is not a guarantee of vehicle model,
features, or color.
Each rental agency has its own set of General Rental Rules, and in some instances, policies differ
significantly. Please make sure to read the General Rental Rules portion of the Booking Form for the individual
policies of the agency for your reservation.
Payment
This Site accepts Discover, American Express, Visa, and MasterCard credit cards for all purchases. All
payments must be in US Dollars. Current billing address and phone information must be included with every order.
INCLUSIVE
Denial of Access
In its sole discretion, in addition to any other rights or remedies available to HH, and without any
liability whatsoever to User, HH, at any time and without notice, may terminate or restrict user's access to this
Site’s travel services and the services therein.
Headings
The headings used in these Terms of Service are included by convenience only and will not limit or
otherwise effect these Terms of Service.
Assignment
You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereunder.
Additional Terms
Additional Terms of Service may apply to reservations, purchases of goods and services and other uses
of portions of this site, and you agree to abide by such other Terms of Service.
Severability
These Terms of Service shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision is determined to be
unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by
applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining
provisions.
Modification
HH may at any time modify these Terms of Service and your continued use of this site will be conditioned
upon the Terms of Service in force at the time of your use. Accordingly, you agree to review these Terms of Service
periodically, and your continued access, use and/or posting on this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the
changed terms, conditions and notices.
Exclusion of Warranty
HH, AND ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS AND DISTRIBUTORS MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND REGARDING THIS SITE
AND/OR ANY MATERIALS PROVIDED ON THIS SITE, ALL OF WHICH ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. HH AND ANY THIRD PARTY
PROVIDERS AND DISTRIBUTORS DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, CURRENCY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OF THE CONTENT
OR DATA FOUND ON THIS SITE AND SUCH PARTIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS, INCLUDING IMPLIED
WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THOSE

the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have
other legal rights that vary from state to state.
Limitation of Liability
WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT
YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR BROWSING IN THIS SITE OR YOUR
DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIALS, DATA, TEXT, IMAGES, VIDEO OR AUDIO FROM THE SITE. IN NO EVENT SHALL HH OR ANY THIRD

PERFORMANCE BY HH, OR ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF DAMAGES TO SUCH PARTIES OR ANY OTHER PARTY. This limitation of liability shall apply regardless of
whether the claim asserted is based on contract, negligence, or any other theory of recovery.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HH and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and
employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to
or arising out of your breach of this agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation
of any law or the rights of a third party. HH's failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not
waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
Governing Law
This Agreement and its performance shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of New York, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You consent and
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in the State of New York,
United States of America, in all questions and controversies arising out of your use of this site and this Agreement.
If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the
remaining provisions shall be enforced.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with those incorporated herein or referred to herein constitute the
entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes any prior understandings or
agreements (whether oral or written) regarding the subject matter, and may not be amended or modified except in
writing or by making such amendments or modifications available on this site.
